		Dom DeBellis, President & Chief Executive Officer Dom founded DeBellis Communications in 1993 to offer his services as a copywriter and technical editor. The company may have changed a lot since then, but its values and relentless focus on customer-led strategy remain. Dom received leadership training in the Boy Scouts of America and the U.S. Navy. He is a published author whose articles have appeared in trade journals and the popular press. A member of several industry and academic associations, Dom holds a degree in English from Illinois State University.
		Tom Allen, Vice President—Sales Tom is a proven entrepreneur who brings results-oriented discipline to the leadership team. Before joining the company,he served as president of Watercolor Group, a media and e-commerce firm he founded in 1996. Earlier, in 1994, he formed Crimson Multimedia Distribution, which marketed multimedia products to schools and libraries. Tom holds degrees in business and music from Benedictine University.
